What is the key to becoming more confident?

  1. Learning to not give a damn what people think. That comes with age but also practice.

    Eating the right things helps more than you might think. What I used to think was worry, anxiety and overthinking was actually my diet stressing my body and brain.

    Unless you mean what people take for confidence. In that case just play to some stereotype.
