The title pretty much explains it all: I feel comfortable touching other people, be it my friends, family, coworkers, or peers. However, whenever it comes to my best friend, I can’t stand it. From hugging to simply sitting too close to me, it all makes me recoil from uncomfortableness. These actions are completely fine when other people do them. My friend hasn’t done anything to wrong me, so I’m not sure why I feel this way. Does anyone have an idea about the cause of this?
