What makes you feel uncomfortable?

  1. When people compliment me… haha never know if it’s genuine or they’re just bullshitting me

  2. When someone who I don’t know shouts my name and me finding out that someone I was acquainted with told them my name without my consent.

  3. When people (guys and girls both alike) try to hug me, my friends go in for a hug when they see me out of affection as much i like the feeling of being wanted it’s something I’m not entirely comfortable with (yes, i was not hugged as a child)

When someone asks me to explain them things, i suck at explaining so i get really insecure about my knowledge and second guess everything when someone asks me something.

  4. Hot and humid weather.

    Dirty toilets.

    People staring.

When people that I don’t know too well compliment me.

  5. Kisses on the cheek **(if my partner gives them to me, there is no problem)**

but I hate greeting by giving kisses on the cheek, it doesn’t matter if it’s my mom who greets me like that, it will continue to bother me

  6. The temperature and weather, when it’s too cold or too hot.

When I need to go to the bathroom but there’s a long line up.

When I eat too much and have a temporary stomach ache.

  7. Clogged milk ducts, been breastfeeding/pumping for over a year and a half and it’s so uncomfortable the handful of times it’s happened and it can lead to mastitis which is even worse

  8. Low rise pants. My body was not built for low rise pants. It’s Crack City, USA over here in low rise pants.

  9. Crowds. And I live in one of the most populated cities of the world. Not a good match!

  10. When people don’t respect my boundaries, personal space or discomfort with physical touch (unless it’s from my partner).

  11. If a guy touches me randomly I loose all attraction. I don’t like being touched without permission. I don’t like when people get too close or when they stare. I also hate being stared at

  12. When it’s too hot. When my house is super dirty but I can’t find the motivation to move. Meeting new people. Crowds.

  13. Drunk/high people. They are unpredictable and I just cannot relax around them. Even if they are someone I trust.

  14. Squirrels running across the road in front of my car, making small talk with an unexpected acquaintance immediately after a run/when I’m covered in sweat, discovering 4+ missed calls on my cell

  15. Public speaking/giving presentations, men who look at me WAY longer then it’s necessary.
