I always used the word please at the end of a sentence. My parents teached me that, but now I found out that being too kind/nice/polite whatever doesn’t bring me respect. When I look to other guys who are simply more rude, they get more respect because that has been seen appearently as more masculine.

sadly it is true, but just because they are loud doesn’t mean they get more respect, it could be they just are the loudest because they are idiots
don’t lose your politeness, but saying please after every sentence is a bit extreme, and could be a bit condescending or apologetic. Maybe cut it back a bit, and really only use that type of phrasing with those you know respect you.
