I have bad anxiety when it comes to dating.

I’ve managed to go on one date before with someone from an online dating app, and the date itself was ok but my anxiety hit after (was freaking out imagining myself dating or in a relationship and everything that could go wrong). I decided i didnt want to go through this stress and then had major anxiety trying to tell this person i didn’t want to go on a second date when they asked.

It’s not that i dont want to try dating though, does anybody have tips for how to work through this?
