I’m a bit new at this kind of thing (not sex, but ear stuff while having sex – never really done it before).
To make a long story short I’ve been hearing lately girls can really get turned on if a guy knows how to work a girls ear while having sex. If this is true, what exactly does a guy do that girls like when it comes to there ears during sex?

Ask her. Experiment and see how she reacts. Focus on finding strong responses and keep varying what you do so you don’t over become boring.
Try only breathing out through your mouth, always in through your nose. That way your mouth and breath is always hot, which I find drives people wild. They don’t even know you’re doing it, and it can get goosebumps pretty easily. It’s also a game changer with oral.
