Today this morning i hugged our guy friend then once again and later again in-front of my bf. I thought of it as a funny joke because of how our friend is. I tried apologizing but he doesn’t care and keeps asking why i did it. I keep saying i’m sorry it won’t happen again i didn’t mean to make you mad. He keeps saying but why honestly it’s so stupid why did you do it? I don’t know what else to say to him other then i’m sorry. I really didn’t mean to make him upset and I wish I could go back and not do that. Some harmless joke has made him mad at me since 10:50. What else can I say to why did i do it,

How is hugging a friend 3 times in front of your BF a funny joke? Genuinely asking so we can better understand where you are both coming from.
Examine it from his context. Has he been cheated on in the past by someone else (or you?) His reaction may seem over the top, and it may well be. But they rarely come from nowhere.
