  1. Well I accept myself for who I am, The good and the bad. I love every inch of myself because everything about me made me into the person I am

  2. i’m not there yet but what ive been working on in therapy is to first identify when you have negative thoughts about yourself. i am so used to the soundtrack in my head of self doubt and negativity that its hard for me to even recognize. if you notice a negative self-thought, say 10 nice things about yourself. it had been HARD for me but it starts to rewire the pathways in your brain that are used to going to those negative thoughts.

  3. Learn how to be genuinely busy in your life pursuing your goals and hobbies, while interacting with other people on the side. You will build much needed self esteem and self confidence. The easiest way to get started is to find something you enjoy doing and keep doing it overtime. Chase excellence, not people.
