I want to grow a beard, but have noticed that it could obviously get in the way during oral sex. I’ve looked through past posts, and there seem to be ways to still do it; for example good beard oil. Still, I wonder whether there’s like a limit to lengh until that also doesn’t help, or maybe some other tips?

Thank u in advance; I’m just a little worried because idk whether I’d be willing to give that up.

  1. I love my husband’s beard. Just certain lengths can be scratchy when he’s going down on me

  2. I think a beard enhances oral. There’s only one short stubble phase where I find it scratchy. Longer tends to be softer.

So I say enjoy & let it grow anyway you like!

  3. My wife doesn’t like it short. She also won’t let me shave it off. I give her oral 3-4 times a week. If you’re worried about it, use conditioner to soften it.

  4. If the beard is super short, it doesn’t get in the way. Once it gets reasonably long, it gets soft and doesn’t get in the way (just understand that it does get wet, you’ll need to wipe juices out of it). At this stage, beard oil/balm help a lot, though once it’s long enough, they really aren’t needed for comfort due to the natural softness of longer hair.

In between is the killer. There is a stage where the hair is prickly, ill rub a woman in an unpleasant way.

  5. My opinions as a dude: I like conditioner, not oil. I also use it to shave the scalp. If you keep your hair out of your mouth it shouldn’t cause a problem, however, if you’re going to have one of these perfectly mowed jobs then consider that the tips of your hairs are pointy, so try to limit the rubbing of inner thighs.

  6. To be honest in my experience the longer the beard, it kind of feels even better going down on me than compared to clean shaven.

  7. I will not let my husband shave his beard for this reason lol. I LOVE how it feels on me. He doesn’t need to do anything to it. Don’t worry, I doubt anyone will want you to shave it off for that. My husband never has a beard, but then he started to not shave for a while and I loved how it felt so now he’s not allowed to shave it lol.

  8. Avoid the short stubble types of beards. Till you grow it out, condition it. Once it’s longer, beard oil.

Speaking from experience. I can braid my beard longer then some peoples hair.

  9. You can take the harsh texture-out of facial hair with any kind of exfoliating glove/ sponge.

Just go in soft slow circles and after you dry use a lot of moisturizers.

  10. My boyfriend has a super long and big beard and honestly, it doesn’t seem to affect his ability to go down on me whatsoever and he’s never mentioned anything about it getting in the way. This guy has spent upwards of an hour between my legs before and it doesn’t seem to hinder him and it certainly doesn’t bother me so I wouldn’t worry! I think the only to consider is that your beard will likely be super wet afterwards though hahah. He does also condition his beard though so maybe consider that!
