It’s so troublesome that I don’t like my name (tinder question)

I have a nickname, which is almost a name for me, maybe it sounds stupid? I don’t use my name for anything, and I’ve always been known by my alias, but I wonder if that’s problematic.

One day a friend of mine said that if she saw someone on tinder without a real name, she would go left without reading it, and I understand, but I really have my nickname as almost a name, to the point that I studied 3 years with someone who was my friend, and the person didn’t know my real name because no one called me that.

I don’t know if they had an idea of how important it is to me, but imagine calling ´´Bruno Mars´´ ´´Peter Gene Hernandez´´ It’s at that level for me.

But what should I do? Trying to work my pride to like my name? or if I used my nickname, how could I put it in the bio so they don’t think it’s so weird
