Sensetive body issue- any suggestions

I take birth control. A few months ago I had to switch over to a new one because my insurance stopped covering the one I used. After months of finally getting used to it my sex drive has decreased so much. I’ve also had a problem with sensetive places. For one my nipples. I hate them being touched. I absolutely hate it. Anything that touches them irritates me. Especially if I don’t have on a bra. I’ve also had trouble during intimacy because when he wants to use fingers I can’t handle it because it will tickle and it feels weird. I have a feeling it’s because of my birth control. It had very low hormones just like my previous birth control. I’m wondering if that’s the problem and if there’s any suggestions on something I can use like a numbing cream so my boyfriend can enjoy my milkers lol.
