Everything works fine down there. I have perfectly normal urine stream, I have morning wood and erections regularly. It doesn’t hurt when I have erections. I have pretty normal semen amounts.
It’s just when I ejaculate as of the last month, it seems like there are more contractions than normal before semen comes out and it seems like sometimes there’s less precum than normal. Does this sound like urethral stricture?

Ok as someone who has had kidney issues since I was 8 can tell you the following.
Strictures will slow down your pee as well like low flow and cause pain.
More likely to be a blockage in a seminal vesicle or enlarged prostate
Sounds like you’re maybe dehydrated or just getting older tbh.
