So I met this girl at my job and we have been taking for a while and hanging out outside of work, and she’s been really physically like she really likes to give hugs, and she is a really happy and positive person and I’m not sure if I should ask her out because she has mention she isn’t looking for a relationship. Also I don’t want to misinterpret her kindness for something else and look like a jack ass/ creep, we are supposed to hang out later this week for my birthday before she goes on vacation with her family, what should I do?!

I would just be chill and keep doing what your doing. Play it slow if it works out it works out but if ut dosent ehhhhh stuff happens either way just enjoy her company.
Definitely don’t ask her out, especially if she already said she’s not looking for a relationship
Hang out a flirt a little say you wanna get together when she gets back but not like a date or just wait til she gets back.
