Took 10mg of Cialis yesterday and got hard and had sex, and previous masturbated twice and one time after sex and noticed my penis was like half hard with soft tip and a slight pain around middle of it.
I took the Cialis at around 10pm and didn’t get hard again until I had sex at around 10:30pm. My erection was good but wasn’t raging or insane. After this my erection went down and it was fine. I masturbated after this at around 10:50 or 11. At around 2 i noticed the issue above
I could make it soft again when I focused (this was four hours after I took the cialis) but there was sometimes a very slight ache or pain still. Sometimes if the girl i was with touched me it would go back half hard again.
Afterwards I slept and woke up and was able to get hard for about 5 secs (but this usually happens as I suffer with porn induced ED and after i ejaculate more than twice anyway) and it went down. Could this be an issue?

Not a doctor, but this is my experience: Cialis, unlike Viagra, can stick around for as long as 24 hours, even at smaller doses. As for priapism, this is [MayoClinic’s definition](https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/priapism/symptoms-causes/syc-20352005) of it, according to which it doesn’t sound like you have it. To be safe, best consult your doctor before you continue using it. Also, try taking a sabbatical from masturbation for about a week before having sex to see if that (e)rectifies your ED. Nothing beats a natural erection, after all.
Time to start experimenting with 5mg instead of 10mg !
