I’m an anal beginner and I’m trying to figure out how to stop bleeding? I mean is it normal?
I do wear butt plugs and my partner does use his fingers before inserting his dick. We also are *very* generous on lube usage. I just still seem to bleed, not like a “oh my fuck” amount, but enough for me to be like what the fuck..

How long are you going between anal intercourse? It could be that you just aren’t giving it enough time to heal. Medicated wipes with Witch Hazel can sometimes help.
I would also suggest a soft toy similar to your partners size as part of warm up. Take a little more time. Make sure that feels good before proceeding to the main event. Does he get going really hard? You might want a thicker and slicker lube.
Like another comment said, if you’re using a plug and engaging in anal fairly often you’re probably not going to be able to heal. I’d take a break and then follow with more/possibly a different lube, potentially a smaller toy, and go very slow with lots of foreplay and longer breaks in between for awhile! If it continues after I’d probably see a doctor.
