Dry as in sense of humour?
Dry as in boring ? If you think you are boring, find something (a skill, talent, or hobby) you enjoy or passionate for and keep doing it overtime. People respect those who are actively doing something constructive in life.
Go out and meet people. Improve yourself. Get a nice haircut, get some nice clothes, work out. Dating apps are toxic, stay away from those. Get a friend and go out.
