Have you sat him down and told him all of this, and let him know specifically what you want/need? Work on getting the kid out of your bed. Get a bassinet for the room if you have to have them in the room. If you do not communicate it’s only going to get worse and lead to resentment. He needs to take responsibility. Can he switch to day shift? Sounds like he has no clue what life is for you. You have just as much right to enjoy hobbies and blow off steam as he does.
