Does he still like me

So I’m talking to this person who is 19m (2 years older). We’ve been talking for about a week. Things were going well and he was saying that he wanted a long talking stage because he only wants to have one girlfriend or wife for his entire life therefore he wants to know if she’s the one. I didn’t question him because that’s what he’s looking for. He’s also sort of tiktok famous so he spends a lot of time on lives or posting on social with his fans. Plus he plays football. He asked for my number and we messaged each other but he never called me. One day I questioned him why he actually followed me back on social media out of all people and why he was talking to me. Then the next day he posted on his social media that he was taking a “break from it”. I also messaged him hi on Snapchat however he never replied up to this day. But he still posts on his Instagram and has never bothered to text my number. So is he actually interested in me because I’m sure he would tell me if he’s going to take a break or something. It’s very weird to me because he said he likes being straight up and saying things how it is. We also had great convos. The day before he started ignoring he said he was texting me to be more than friends. So basically he just told me lies?
