I have a problem! My problem is is that I stress out too easily which also makes me feel overwhelmed, I overthink everything so bad to the point it’s crazy… there’s not a day where I just wake up with my mind full of stuff that’s months away , Years away.. it doesn’t matter what it is.. I overthink the way I speak and say things , I stress about the way I look especially if my boyfriend and I make plans to go out I’ll stress about that for a week straight! I wonder what it’s not to just not have a brain , I wish there was a switch to turn everything off.. My mind is sooo full of thinking about things… How can I stop?

  1. We’re the same, I always overthink a lot. When I happens I just want to lie down and do nothing for days. It’s hard to function sometimes. I’m currently stressing so much right now. I’d give anything to stop being like this.

  2. As long as you keep worrying about other people, people will notice and feel that vibe coming from you. People notice the way you carry yourself and the vibes you give off. When you are nervous/anxious/overthinking, your verbal and nonverbal actions tend to show it. If you keep acting this way, people will stop associating with you because it’s a negative vibe. You are essentially conveying that you are unworthy to hold a conversation with them. That’s not what you want to convey. People gravitate towards self confidence, not anxiety.

Now is the time to learn how to be genuinely busy in your life pursuing your goals and hobbies, while interacting with other people on the side. People are hardwired to be repulsed by neediness and desperation and instead gravitate towards those who are self confident and well rounded in life. They want to see active confirmation of you actually doing something in your life other than just talking to them. Find something you enjoy doing or are passionate for in life and keep pursuing that. Chase excellence, not people.

    – invest in an appointment/to do calendar, so you jot down upcoming stuff and can then forget about it until near the day of it arriving

-overwhelmed, stress out, stress about, full of thinking of things — chill out! You’re sounding like you’ve out of control anxiety much of the time — am I wrong?
