How have you gotten rid of negative self-worth thoughts during a break-up?

  1. Learning to be my best friend at times. I would do things that brought me joy and my inner thoughts and dialogue were from the perspective that I was talking to a friend.

  2. I would reassure myself of all the things I was good at /enjoyed before that person came into my life and reinvest in those. I would find joy in small things, learn to be in my own company.
