Thinking of going for a visit during the Easter break. For those who’ve been before how did you find it and is there much to see?

  1. Depends when you go but always something going on, have a few cars to look around inside, old and new. You can go outside and watch others on the track course too. I went out on the offroad and track courses and highly recommend it, the track course is very fast and you’re holding on for dear life, the offroad is a slower paced but can be nerving when going down some of the steep slopes they have. They have different courses and cars so can easily spend a few hours there at least.

If you need something to do while there then Brooklands museum is right behind MB world, had a concorde you can go in and has at least 6 (iirc) hangers of cars and planes. They also have probably 5 other planes you can go in and look around. They have some older planes n hangers too. You can also walk part of the old Brooklands race track (read up on it if you don’t know about it) and walk around the famous curve.

Overall between MB world and Brooklands, there is more than enough to most people to have a day out.

  2. Sounds like it’s full of the sort of people who’d watch Top Gear, dreadful.

  3. I’d recommend brooklands museum, I used live right next to them both and definitely preferred brooklands. Mercedes world is worth a visit though, but once you’ve done it head over to brooklands.

  4. It’s free entry which is great if you aren’t doing a track day and just want to explore the 3 levels and watch people on the track
