There’s this guy (28) who used to be into me half a year ago and now shows signs that he may be interested, but passively or maybe just after casual. Signs:
– he answers ALL my Instagram stories
– we have sexted this past week while he was abroad.
– when I asked about random pics with other girls he said they were all friends and I had nothing to worry about.
– he is a pilot and asked me to come up with a place I wanna visit cos he’s taking me there if I pay the hotel.
– I suggested to meet up 3 times in two weeks (he’s on holidays and travelling a lot) and he always answers immediately but never can. I get answers like: I’m travelling this weekend but you can take me with your girls trip on Monday.
Or another time after I had suggested two days I followed up saying “oh well, we will see when we see each other then” and he just liked this message and then removed the like, so ghosted me.
Disinterest flag? Or just too busy enjoying holidays and me overthinking it? Or he’s after casual/attention seeking?
He wanted something serious back at the time, but behaved very differently.

Lmao this sounds like benching to me.
I wouldn’t nourish bigger expectations on his feelings, he sounds a bit like regular player by your description. If this pattern of inconsistent real life meting gives you anxiety I would definitely move on and block.
Are you interested in him more than casually? Does he ask you questions about yourself and your hobbies?
I’m terrible with this myself, but this sounds like he’s pretty casual about things.
My guess would be the latter – eg just after casual/ attention seeking. Or else why flake on your date suggestions?
He wants to fuck
He’s married/in a relationship and stringing you a long for a hook up
He is busy with all his other girls; and lol at you paying for the hotel.
Are you THAT desperate? Just go find someone else.
