I met this woman a couple of times (social events), asked her for her Instagram, and chatted a bit. Last week I invited her to go check a nice bar together, so we could get lovely pictures (there is a lovely terrace and I want to take some cool pictures myself, I know she is into pictures too) and she said that she loves the idea. Yesterday, she asked me if she can bring a few (I guess two) female friends along, “if I don’t mind”. I briefly met her friends during the last social event, BTW.
I mean, I am thinking of telling her that it’s fine. I would go there, be cool, and see how the night goes. After that, if I enjoy the night out, I’d invite her out again, just the two of us. Telling her “I would rather go out, just the two of us” might make her feel pressured, and I would hate it.
The thing is… I don’t know why she wants to invite her friends! Some possibilities:
\- she is not interested on a physical level (but she seemed to be interested, when I spoke to her in person) and she simply thought “my friends would love this place, too”
\- she believes that I just want to go there to take pics, so she thought that bringing some people doesn’t really matter
\- she is afraid I would be a creep, moreover I am much bigger than her (she is about 150 cm/4’11”, maybe even less, whereas I am 189 cm /6’2” and muscular) and having some friends would make her feel more comfortable.
Another thing… she seems to be pretty shy.
Folks, just tell me what you think and what you would do, please!
TL;DR I asked a woman out, she asked me if she can bring some friends. She SEEMED to be interested when I spoke to her in person, so I would love to hear some opinions.
