  1. Hugo Boss. I’ve loved it since 1996. Wife hates it but I don’t really give a shit, it’s what ***I*** like

  2. Abercrombie’s Fierce. I know at first you’re like “fffuuucckkkkk no” but I always receive compliments from females.

  3. Don’t wear any. Old spice deodorant only, and shockingly I do far better now than I did when I wore cologne

  4. Nada. If we don’t like each other’s (clean but natural) smells, let’s find out now. Pheromones can have a huge impact on compatibility, for me.

  5. Girl here, my bf uses Savage from Dior, I think I have fell 20% for the perfum when we were flirting…
ALso Pollo Blue is very gooooood

  6. Tommy Bahama maritime journey. Smells so good. My wife is obsessed with it

  7. I don’t wear them, pretty much ever. But if I did, I want a flowery smell. A not strong but definitely pleasant smell.

I personally dislike strong smells, I shouldn’t be able to smell your fragrance from like 10 feet (3ish meters) away.

But if I wanted to impress a girl I would try to get her to shop fragrances with me. Girls are more likely to pick a partner based on smell than us dudes.

  8. Coach for Men most days it is subtle or Polo Green for formal occasions but a little goes a long way

  9. Dior Homme. White bottle blue writing is my favourite goto cologne for everything. It’s just a great fragrance that is both long lasting but not overpowering when fresh. Dies down to a clean clothing, freshly showered type of smell.

Mont Blanc Adventurer (Blue bottle) is a bit stronger masculine type of scent that is great for going out.

  10. Ralph Lauren Polo Blue smells so good. I’m a woman btw and it drives me crazy to smell it on a man.

  11. It all depends on the time of year and weather

I don’t work in an office, I either work outside or in a workshop without many people coming near me for the course of the day so I don’t really worry about them having monster sillage and I wear whatever that day feels like.

My collection and ones remember enjoying in the past includes. Versace Dylan Blue (probably my biggest complement getter), Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo, Rasasi Hawas For Him, Montblanc Legend, Montblanc Individuel, Montblanc Starwalker, Nautica Voyage, Jimmy Choo Man Intense, F Black Salvatore Ferragamo, CDNMI (actually smells better than Aventus Creed to my nose, and even if it didn’t I draw the line at Creed prices), Paco Rabanne 1 Million, YSL Y, Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb + Spicebomb Extreme, Carolina Herrera CH Men Prive, Dior Sauvage, Dior Farenheit, Bvlgari Man In Black, Terre d’Hermes, Dark Rebel Riber, Guerllain L’Homme Ideal, Rasasi La Yuqawam Pour Homme, Prada L’homme, Bleu de Chanel, La nuit de L’homme.

There’s a lot more I’ve enjoyed in the past that I cant remember though.

I can’t pick out individual notes except the very obvious ones or tell you the technical terms, what I call woody another might not, what someone calls fruity I might not, with that being said the hotter/sunnier the day the more “light”, “aquatic”, “fruity” I go for. The colder/wetter/darker the day the more “spicy” “leathery” “woody” I go for. If I’m on a date it depends on the date, but as a general rule I never want something with an enormous room filling sillage. If its a meal I’ll go something very subtle, if it’s a walk through a park/the woods I’ll wear something a bit bigger.

Really it all comes down to feel for me, I look at the weather forecast and do a quick check outside and make a judgement based on that. Friday is going to be a 30+ scorcher (we get maybe 5 days of 30+ per year, fuck you if you’re lucky enough to live in spain/australia type places) Which means it’ll almost certainly be a Nautica Voyage day.

I look forward to stalking the comments and finding new things to get samples of and hopefully some to add to my collection.
