Being over familiar with everybody

So i got a problem i get way too familiar with people if i pass more than a month with them. I know i carry this problem since a long time. Where it’s causing me the most problem is at the job. I never know exactly how familiar i should be with people. Of course i got certain limit that i w’ont pass but it’s difficult for me because i tend to make everybody my friend easily. Do you got some tips for me it would help a lots.
