Moved to this state in March, started a warehouse job in April. Came to work very quiet but I definitely had my eye on my boss since day one. She started making small talk and kind of got me conversing with her much more. She sees I do my job so she’s very lenient with me when It comes to work. I usually go above and beyond. She put me in a place where I practically have to go back to the PC right next to her repeatedly. We crack mad jokes together and I talk to her like she’s not even my boss. She’s tells me about alot of employees stuff that I shouldn’t know. Same age , I know she is single. The other day we walked to the front of the ware house and I asked her alot of minor questions getting to know her better. I loved the convo but I’m so afraid to flirt with her or ask her out. I understand the people shouldn’t date their bosses and all that stuff. I show mad confidence in the way I carry myself but when it comes to this , I don’t want to ruin the relationship or my job. I really have the hugest crush on her and would love to take that somewhere. I’m just so puzzled on how to go about it. I just feel like If I say the wrong thing , it could go horribly wrong. Any thoughts on how I should go about this ??

My only thoughts is to not go about it. This is a nuclear disaster waiting to happen. If you are determined, try transferring to another department first. A lot of companies have strict rules about employee relationships, especially with their managers. Find out what your company’s policy is first. You don’t want to get her or yourself fired.
