Do you really dip your burgers and fries in milkshakes? If so, why and how does it taste?

1. At least where I’m from In the states people will dip fries Into their frosty(“milkshake” from wendys) and its good, but I’ve never seen anyone dip a burger Into a milk shake.. that can’t be good

2. I can’t say I’ve ever dipped a burger into a shake. But fries is another story. I use to dip fries in a chocolate frosty when I was younger. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years though.

   Unsurprisingly it tastes like salty fries in a sweet milkshake. It is pretty good. Try it sometime.

11. I don’t think I’ve ever done it lol but have heard of it or seen pics of it. It just never sounded/looked appealing to me! A milkshake is (to me) equivalent to dessert so it’s stand alone.

17. “I’ve seen TikToks” is a bad start to any question. There’s an uncountable amount of TikToks that are 100% straight bullshit. If you’re basing anything you believe on a TikTok short? You’re already on a bad path.

20. Yes it tastes like ice cream but maybe a bit salty and with a nice base almost reminds me of a ice cream cone but honestly better.

21. Where I’m from, we only dip fries in milkshakes. Even then, it’s only in Wendy’s Frosties

22. Fries in milkshakes are a thing, sweet and salty together taste good. I also do pretzels in hot cocoa! Burgers in milkshakes are not a thing. If you’re eating at a fast food burger place you get all your items at once, this might be where your confusion comes from. I usually eat my burger with some fries and then finish off the fries by dipping them into the milkshake

23. I can’t speak much on behalf of the burger-shake combo, sounds gross. But fries and a milkshake is like the ultimate sweet N’ salty combo.

24. Okay. I’m from Georgia,
    When we were kids a Wendy’s chocolate frosty was the best. We used to dip the fries in the frosty. I would still do it now, but I haven’t had one in like a year.
    As for the why, the mix of salty fries and sweet frosty is really addicting. It’s not something Americans do all the time, but it happens and most people like it.
    I have never seen or heard of someone dipping their burger in a milkshake though. That one’s a bit of a stretch.

26. Fries in a milkshake isn’t that unusual. Some people might have jokingly strong opinions about it but it’s somewhat common.

    Only a psychopath would dip their burger in their shake. I’ve never heard of that and would be seriously worried if someone I knew did that.
