So, I (24 M) have had several conversations with women the past few weeks and they take a look at my instagram profile and mention how I went this long without having sex.
I tell them that I don’t know and I just brush it off.
However deep down inside, I’m not really sure how to interpret that statement.
Do some of these women actually think I’m hot or are they just saying it to be nice?

No, it’s just a social expectation that the majority of people are having sex very frequently. They probably are hinting that you’re attractive, but it’s their societal based influence that it essentially stems from.
