If you do it super fast it can make it too sensitive if you try going slow and then when she starts getting wet speed it up just a little bit that might help. I know it helps me when a guy goes slow and then speeds up.
Best advice I’ve ever gotten is to slow down and have her talk to you. Start slow and stay slow build her up to that peak so that she cums right there maybe. You could always ask her to tel you when she wants you to go faster but your best bet is to go slow and just notice how she’s reacting
