So some of my friends said I’m overthinking (they’re probably right) but i have a crush on this girl i used to work with and wanna ask her out, but can’t tell if she’s interested.
At first we didn’t really interact much, things started getting less awkward the more we worked together and we actually found out we have a few mutual friends. I noticed she was still kinda shy around other coworkers but more chatty with me, it felt like things were headed in the right direction but she transferred to a new store near by a few weeks ago. We’ve texted over social media here and there but nothing really came of it, i didn’t wanna push it so i just left it alone. Recently i stopped by the new store and happened to bump into her as she was getting off work, she seemed pretty happy to see me and remembered the drink i would always order too (we work at starbucks lol).
We chatted each other up for a bit and she even reminded me to text her on instagram before i left, she might’ve not meant it like that but it still got my attention. This was a few days ago and i haven’t texted her yet, but am i taking this the wrong way or should i just find out and make a move already?

You definitely should hit her up! If she didn’t wanna speak to you at all she would not have told you to message her.
And also, now that you’re at different stores I feel like its even safer. Like, if it goes bad at least you no longer work with her directly, so what’s the worst that can happen?
Definitely ask her; a woman isn’t really going to tell you to message her if she isn’t interested in talking.
