If your friends tell you that you are not so positive, listen to their conversation more and speak less. Improve step by step. Go to a psychologist. Make a self-care routine. Otherwise, you can post more on Reddit. People can help you. Always remember you are one of a kind and unique. Be happy. Well wishes

  2. Now is the time you need to focus on becoming genuinely busy in life pursuing your goals and hobbies, while learning how to interact with other people on the side. Easiest way to get started is to find some kind of activity you enjoy doing and keep doing it overtime. You will build self esteem and self confidence and stop feeling isolated. Chase excellence, not people.
