Do you find that you can’t seem to express yourself properly in a conversation? I struggle a bit with this too, but I think honestly just comes with practice. We tend to talk to ourselves in our minds a lot, that we sorta forget how to express our thoughts out loud, so I would recommend actually just verbally talking to yourself out loud and simulating a conversation. You may seem like a lunatic while doing this, but I think it actually helps a lot to work that talking muscle.
