So my girlfriend got the depo shot and has been on it for 2 weeks so the birth control has kicked in. She wants to try sex without a condom is it safe enough? I stress about this kind of stuff a lot more then I should

  1. Should be completely safe but if you’re still anxious have plan b on hand, also my friend took depo and her first time having sex on it caused her a lot of cramps after sex so prep for that just in case!

  2. Hate to ask the obvious … but have you both been tested and monogamous? Otherwise sex without a condom still has STD / STI risks
