My gf of 2(ish) years and I are in a long distance relationship and it’s usually going fine. She went out last night and her friend posted her on social media sharing a bed with her friend and a random guy I’ve never seen before (clothed but close). I trust her but I’m overthinking it and not sure whether I should ask about it?

There’s no scenario where’d i’d be ok with my s/o being in a bed with another man. If that makes me controlling then so be it.
