Ladies, how do you cope with hustle culture?

1. Honestly I try my best not to get caught up in Instagram. This hustle culture is not fun on the body and I use that as my guidance system. If it’s draining, whether it’s people, a job or something that simply disturbs my peace, I cut it off immediately. I realize not everyone has this freedom, but it definitely helps me.

3. Thank my stars that I don’t have to hustle and I got lucky to land a stable job with a stable company in the 90s and I never left.
