There’s some background information, and I’ll try to keep it brief. She was really friendly and flirty to me. I asked her to hang out. She has a boyfriend but says “we can hang out as friends and talk if that’s OK”. I am taking some time to myself to decide if I would legitimately want to pursue a friendship, and i might, but I feel that I am having to “chase” her since she didn’t really express interest in actually hanging out. am I overthinking this?
