1) Research those salaries. Ask for more money.
2) Don’t be scared to apply to jobs you don’t fully qualify for.
3) Beware of jobs where everything is balanced on “that one guy who knows everything.” They’re usually a shit show. Look for jobs that actually utilize a balanced team of people.
