I am a 36f who has never been able to climax with a partner. I have always struggled to climax on my own as well. I have worked with a sex therapist and a gynocologist to try and treat this. My meds have not been identified as the cause and neither my sexual history. There is no pain with sex, I get wet, but the rest of my genitals are not sensitive at all. The doctor has me on testosterone gel and viagra cream to increase sensitivity but it still is working. Oral has never done anything for me and I don’t feel much of anything from it. Sometimes if I combine all the above, with porn, a hitachi wand, and the stars alligning, i can climax. Are there any other treatment options, masterbation techniques, intercourse techniques, etc that might help me?

  1. Have you checked out the book “Come as you are” ? Maybe it has something in there that might help you. Because by the sounds of it this has more to do with a mental then a physical thing.

  2. [m] I absolutely swear by oral sex. My first gf had serious difficulty having an orgasm so I read a book that was based on the research done by leading sexologists. I learned from their science based research that oral sex for ladies was the thing that was most likely to produce orgasms. Very long story short, I absolutely believe that there is “magic” in what a tongue can do for a lady with the proper technique, etc.
