what are some things that u plan to pass down to your offsprings and why?

1. I would love for me to be able to teach them the languages I speak. I think it’s great having access to other cultures and it’s very useful too.

2. Property. I don’t want my kids to suffer with housing. As I’m in NY and living here is wildly expensive

3. My love for cars, I want to be able to go to car meets and cruises with them and take them to the local skid pad
