Please I need some help. I’m talking to this girl on Instagram and she takes really long time to answer me. She is obviously no interested in me however im waiting on my phone for her to answer me all the time, I’m thinking about her all the time and every time she answers me I feel so much better. I can’t stand this anymore I feel like I’m getting obsessed what should I do? Should I unfollow her , should I delete Instagram?

Delete insta. It ain’t healthy. She’s getting messages from other guys and getting her back blown already.
Men shouldn’t follow women on Instagram. Full stop. They want the attention and ego boost. She’s not interested in you and she never will be. You’re just another man giving her the attention she craves.

At very least unfollow her, probably get off social media completely and get some professional help. Now.
Delete IG. I deleted my app today and I feel better already. Going to try to take a six month cleanse
