I’m (M25) and dating (F20) and I really like her but I am scared she doesn’t like me in that way, she’s texting me but not been flirty back and hasn’t texted me that regularly today. She gave me a big hug at the end of the first date.

Is she trying to watch herself, maybe she thinks that she’s being clingy?

Don’t overthink it, try to enjoy your upcoming date. People are sometimes different over text than they are in person. If you’re hoping for an in-person relationship with her, judge her by how you get along when ftf.
I’m a married woman. My husband and I just aren’t flirty people. I don’t like being touched and he has neuropathy on this left side, so touching him can cause severe pain. Neither one of us is good with words, so we mostly just play grab ass to let the other know we find them attractive.
Feel free to flirt with her. If she responds well, that’s a good sign.
