I literally have nothing to speak with my colleagues. What are possible topics I could speak about?

4. yeah, i’ve been there. most people are boring and without aspirations so that does not match my personality. the main point is to find commonality. literally anything. you don’t even have to be interested in it but figure out what it is and always connect through that. also never force conversation. if there is nothing to talk about, that is perfectly fine. you don’t have to talk. it is a job after all and those people are not your friends. just co-workers. you are there to make money, not friends.
