I have a friend that I’ve been invited to parties from etc. Have invited to housewarming (virtual) which she attended. She offered and came through to help me find my dog when he was lost. Just invited her to a play yesterday due to another friend visiting who has tickets, and a 3rd who couldn’t come due to covid, happening Thursday and I see she saw the message inviting her but she hasn’t responded. Was I being rude?

No, but you can throw in an apology for it being last minute just in case. More likely she just saw the message and forgot to respond or something.
Not rude, really. Could be a bit weird if you’re just acquaintances, maybe. It’d only be rude if you got all upset if they don’t come or don’t respond quickly enough
