I wanna get close with everyone and become good friends, how do I smoothly and comfortably get pass the initial meeting stage?
Any conversation topics and phrases I could use, psychology?
Literally anything.
I just want to be close and comfortable with them all, I know not everyone will like me, but I want the “cracking jokes and banter” type friendship

Start with small compliments and people will be open to talk with you
Also, don’t tal too much, just brought if they ask you.
People love to feel they are the center of the universe.
Eventually they feel comfortable with you and you can start to be more yourself with them.
