Just had our chimney removed due to a leak. Guys have cleaned everything up to collect tomorrow, they have piled up the spare bits they didnt use beside the skip, including the leading from our chimney.
Is it actually worth a decent amount? If so would it be normal to say we want to keep it since its off our house haha?

Yes, it’s yours, keep it and visit a scrap yard and do a deal. The builder will only do the same.
Yeah definitely. I got £90 for the lead over a bay window. Really easy to trade at the scrap yard, they just take your bank details so there’s a paper trail and transfer you the cash.
