I do driving course already but planned to do motorcycle soon enough but now I think that learning and passing will be easier when done at the some time. Can I combine certain exams or maybe certain exams will apply to both \[i.e. perception exam\] and then I will not need to do them again?
What do you think/know.

Nope. All theory tests are different depending on the vehicle.
Nope, unfortunately there is basically no crossover.
Different theory exams for different classes of vehicle. The perception and theory exams for lorries is different to that of cars.
Theory test passes come with an expiry date.
No unfortunately. I had to do it 4 times and the hazard perception tests for bike, car, bus and lorry are exactly the same if I recall correctly.
