books to read on talking to people?

I wanna meet and talk to new people but idk how to anymore. The last 6 years I’ve had the same friends but they graduated and I’ve got a quarter left so I have plenty of free time to be bored. I’m 25. But. I can’t drive because I’m super visually impaired. So unless I can convince whoever that I may or may not be talking to to come get me it’s already over. I’m nerdy and have trouble making jokes or talking about stuff that isn’t fucking nerdy. I don’t keep up with social whatever. How the hell am I suppose to connect or meet new people? To make it worse, I’m taking summer classes and nobody’s on campus. I guess I could try tinder or something but then, I can’t fucking drive. What do?
