Got insanly well with the boys but the thing is in our culture women will never engage any discusion with a male stranger i’m sure i could work 1 years there they will see me everyday and i would still be stranger to most of them i’m not neceserly aiming at romantic relationship i’m seeking platonic freindships
Im in my 8 day some of them just knew my name but they still not very comfortable with me i try my best to start convo with them but i’m already out of convo ideas

I’ve pretty much given up on inviting women to any of the work dinners or after work events I organize.
