How do you prepare yourself if your know you’re gonna be on a stressful situation?

  1. I try to visualise in as much detail that i can as to how i will deal with the stressful situation. I had read somewhere that the more you walk through a particular scenario in your mind you tend to be better equipped in dealing with it in real life. Bonus points if you can try to determine the various outcomes and prepare yourself for it.
