So I work with predominately men and majority of them seem to have a Asian fetish. Not to boast or be arrogant but a lot of them seem to like me and i don’t know how to feel about it… one of them offered me $50 for my sweaty socks after work and I was tempted to do it… should I feel bad for wanting to use that to my advantage?

  1. If they’re going to objectify you and you don’t want to report it or anything then I say use it to your advantage. Just be sure you’re okay with not reporting it first otherwise I think it could get messy legally speaking, but I don’t want to speak on that.

  2. Why do people discuss sex at work? I guess it’s a line for me- I wouldn’t discuss sex with opposite sex at work. It can make for an awkward work place.

Plus my ex husband got in trouble for sexual harassment for hitting on a coworker when we were married.

I’ve been asked out by coworkers I just find it weird. I’m at work to work. That’s just me.

If you’re ok with it then why not?

My personal problem would be someone holding it against me later if for some reason they turned sour towards me and tried to black mail me or something.

This situation seems ok but be careful with future things that involve pictures between coworkers- just saying people save things.

  3. It blows my mind that other guys behave that way.

As for whether you should take the deal, there’s nothing wrong with it (morally speaking) it’s just a question of whether it’s going to encourage that guy in a way you don’t want. It’s hard to say. As a guy, it’s obviously easy to sit here and say “hey, easy money!”, but I’m not sure what consequences could really be.

  4. Girl, use that power and make that money! Just make sure you’re covering ur ass from HR tho. Don’t let them get ya.
